Messages and updates
When a Formspree ID is configured, the form sends your name, email, optional location, message purpose, message, consent and optional release-update preference to Formspree for the project to review. Until then, the email button prepares a message in your own email app; it does not submit the form to a server. Do not send passwords, financial details or identity documents.
Release updates are optional. Asking a question does not enrol you in a newsletter. You can request removal from future project updates by email. The project must configure a mailing service and honour consent before sending newsletters. Messages are kept only as needed to respond and manage the enquiry; deletion requests can be sent by email, subject to any applicable obligations.
Music and video services
Album artwork is stored with the site. YouTube thumbnails may connect to YouTube when displayed. Spotify and YouTube players load only when you choose to load them. Their services receive connection information and apply their own privacy practices. Following an external link also connects you to that service.
The site guide and optional AI
The default site guide answers locally in your browser from the site content. It does not read your mailbox. If the owner activates the optional AI service, the guide offers an explicit AI choice and sends the question to the configured provider. Server-side rate limits may retain a hashed IP-based counter temporarily. The optional mailbox worker is a separate owner-configured service and must be disclosed when activated. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information.
Analytics
This build does not install advertising pixels, tracking cookies or an analytics account. Hosting providers may keep ordinary access logs under their own policies. Any future analytics or marketing service requires an updated notice and any necessary consent.
